What data we process and why

• —Contact form: name, e-mail, phone and message text — so we can answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent / pre-contractual steps. Kept until the enquiry is handled, no longer than 12 months.
• —Bookings: if you book via the reservation system, the data you enter there is processed for us by the OasisLabs booking platform as a processor.
• —Traffic analytics: anonymous and first-party. We do not store your name or full IP address — only an anonymised daily hash, visited pages, device and browser type, and country. Purpose: improving the website. It runs only with your consent.

Cookies and similar technologies

• —Essential: storing your consent choice in your browser and the admin login session. The site cannot work properly without them, so they cannot be turned off.
• —Analytics: enabled only after you click “Accept all”. Our analytics uses no third-party cookies and no cross-site tracking.
• —You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site’s local data in your browser settings.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We use trusted processors necessary to run the website:

• —OasisLabs — booking system.
• —Resend — delivering your contact-form message to our e-mail.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose or as required by law, then we delete it.
