Terms of use for discount vouchers and loyalty points

These terms apply to all discount vouchers and loyalty points issued by LUXĒ.

1. 1. Voucher for new customers

   A discount voucher may be used by a new customer on her first purchase at LUXE, where the total value exceeds €350 before the discount is applied. A customer is considered new if she has not yet made a purchase at LUXE.

2. 2. One voucher per purchase

   Only one discount voucher may be applied per purchase. The voucher is single-use. The values of separate purchases are not added together to reach the €350 threshold.

3. 3. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts

   A discount voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, discount codes, promotional discounts, or the use of loyalty points.

4. 4. Loyalty points up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase

   Loyalty points can be applied as a discount of at most 10% of the total purchase value before the points are deducted, and never more than the value of the customer’s available points. For example, on a €400 purchase, points worth at most €40 may be used.

5. 5. Points cannot be combined with other discounts

   Loyalty points cannot be used together with a discount voucher, a discount code, or another promotional discount. The customer chooses one form of benefit per purchase.

6. 6. Validity and redemption of the voucher

   The discount amount and validity period are stated on the specific voucher or in the terms of its issue. The voucher must be presented, and the use of points announced, before the purchase is paid. Redemption cannot be applied retroactively to an already paid purchase.

7. 7. Exchange for cash

   Discount vouchers and loyalty points provided free of charge cannot be exchanged for cash or paid out to a bank account.
